Do you ship sea moss gel?
No. Fresh gel is available for local delivery within 20 miles of Brockton only. Enter your address at checkout to check availability. Order by Thursday for the planned Saturday delivery. We will confirm the delivery time.

What does local delivery cost?
Delivery is free in Brockton and nearby (within about 5 miles) on any paid order. From 5 to 20 miles, delivery is $10 for orders under $40 and free for orders of $40 or more. Checkout will show the available option for your address.

Can you ship dried sea moss or soap?
Shipping methods and rates for eligible nonperishable items appear at checkout. Contact us if no option appears for your address.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as you can with your order number, a description, and photos if available. We will review it and make it right. See our return and refund policy for details.

Can I cancel an order?
Contact us right away. We can cancel and refund before we prepare it for delivery or ship it. After that, we will review the available options.
