🇱🇨 Make your own gel

🫙 1 oz of dried moss makes about 16 oz of gel.

You need: 1 cup dried gold sea moss (packed), 1–2 cups spring or filtered water, 1 key lime (optional), a blender, and a clean glass jar.

Rinse: pull the moss apart and rinse it thoroughly with filtered or spring water.
Soak: cover with spring or filtered water (add sliced key lime if you like) for 4–8 hours or overnight. It turns lighter and expands about 3×.
Blend: drain, add the moss and fresh water to a blender, and blend 1–2 minutes until smooth. Use less water for a thicker gel.
Set: pour into a glass jar, cover, and refrigerate until it sets into a gel.
Enjoy: add to smoothies, tea, oatmeal, soups, sauces, or homemade jams.
