Seamoss punch recipe: the traditional Saint Lucian seamoss punch recipe is printed on the bag. In short: soak the whole pack in about 2.5 quarts of water with a teaspoon of lime juice, rinse, then boil it in fresh water with cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg until it reduces to about 3.5 quarts. Blend (in a blender that's safe for hot liquids) or strain, let it cool, and mix in milk and sugar to taste. Rum or brandy can be added if desired.
